Returns

1. Sign Up

Orders that do not meet your requirements may always be returned within 30 days, at your own expense. Register your return via the QR code or via https://butcher-of-blue.returnista.com.

2. Packing

Place the items you wish to return, along with the packing slip, back into the packaging in which you received them, or into another sturdy package. Seal the package securely with sufficient tape.

3. Shipping

Bring the parcel to the selected drop-off point within 5 working days after registration or wait for it to be collected. We recommend that you keep the 'track & trace' code safe.

4. Reimbursement

Once our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.
