- Signal and communicate changes in delivery times to purchasing
- Approve shipment samples and build a physical archive for quality control
- Inspect production upon arrival at our warehouse

All-round support:
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks in the office
- Support internal events, photoshoots, or sample sales
- Contribute ideas for improvements in processes and workflows

Who are you?
We are looking for a flexible all-rounder who thrives on variety and is not afraid of a challenge. You are hands-on, can switch gears quickly, and maintain an overview, even when many things are happening simultaneously.

Qualities & skills:
- Completed relevant HBO education
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive
- Flexible and stress-resistant
- Enthusiastic, positive, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills (Dutch & English, verbal and written)
- Affinity with fashion, textiles, and product development
- Good at planning, organizing, and monitoring deadlines

What do we offer you?
- A versatile role within an ambitious and close-knit team
- Work in a creative and dynamic environment where no two days are the same
- Full involvement in the process from initial idea to final product
- Room to take responsibility and grow
- A workplace where collaboration, quality, and fun are central
