Delivery Terms
By confirming your order, you agree to our terms and conditions, which are thus considered binding. Once we have received your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. Butcher of Blue reserves the right not to deliver this order, for example, due to an incorrect representation of the online stock. Should we not be able to deliver your order, we will contact you and offer you an alternative or the opportunity to cancel the order.
If you are under 18, your parents or guardian must give consent for your purchase. Please enter their name and phone number in the “comments” field during checkout.
We accept payments via Wero, Paypal, Visa and MasterCard and work with authorized security encryptions. We do not store credit card details.
All prices shown are the Dutch recommended retail prices, these include the legally determined 21% VAT. Prices do not include any service, payment or delivery costs. Butcher of Blue has the right to review and/or change these prices at any time. The displayed prices are in the following currency: Euro (EUR - €).
If you are abroad, extra costs may be charged (e.g., customs, local taxes, import duties, etc.). These costs are for your own account.
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that you enclose the completed return form with your return shipment. Also, include the order number on your form so that we can quickly retrieve your details. Make sure you return the item within 14 days. You have the right to remove the item from its original packaging for assessment. Please note that the product must be unworn and have the original labels. You can decide whether you want to exchange the item for another item or receive a refund. The cost of returning the item is at your own expense.
All original packaging, price tags, labels, hangtags, etc., must be intact. No tape or similar should have come into contact with the products. Please return your items in suitable packaging; unfortunately, we cannot compensate for damaged items. Items that do not meet the above criteria will be refused. You are responsible for the product until it has been received by us. Therefore, ensure that you use a tracking service for your shipment so you can see where it is.
All Butcher of Blue articles come with a 1-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and cannot be claimed for wear and tear and/or damage from regular use. If you think you are eligible to claim the warranty, please contact our customer service at info@butcherofblue.com, including your order number, photos of the complaint, and a brief description of what you believe the problem is.
